The course covers referee priorities, game knowledge and management and an introduction to the Laws. 		<description><![CDATA[Winterfest is an annual 7's rugby tournament&nbsp;put on by&nbsp;Buffalo Rugby Club(BRC) they have&nbsp;men's and women's brackets.&nbsp;I bet you have guessed by now yes you play in the snow. They get a good turnout for this every year. Looking for a 7's side to go up to Buffalo&nbsp;for the weekend of February 18th the tournament is held all day Saturday. The youth section of the club will need referees during the summer of 2012, so anyone who is interested&nbsp;please let me know and we'll get you on the course.</P>Frenchy<br><BR>=================<BR><BR>The Referee Society of Virginia is hosting a Level 1 Rugby Referee course on Sunday, November 13 in Hampton, Virginia. If you ever wanted to referee, this is the course you must take. It will run 9AM – 5PM. <BR>&nbsp;<BR>The cost is $50 and includes all materials, red and yellow cards, whistle, wrist lanyard, and law book. The course will be taught by Jeffrey Anderson and Les Anderton.
